How does coffee cart hire work?
Get in touch and let us know what you are thinking for your event. All our carts are quoted with full coffee service with a barista/s.
Some things to think about when requesting a quote:
– Length of event or service
– How many people/coffees your are after
– The location of the event
– The date of the event
We can give you quote based on your needs.
What is your min service hours?
We don’t have a min service requirement, however for cost effectiveness a 2 or 3 hours service is optimal.
What do you need to operate?
Our carts are all mobile but there are some limitations.
We need the following to operate:
– No stairs between unloading areas and service areas – our carts cannot be lifted or carried.
– Power supplied where possible – please advise at time of quote if this is not possible.
– Parking supplied for delivery van
– Advise if there is shelter (outdoor events) or if we need to provide.
How long does set up/pack down take?
We need access to the site 1 hour before and after the event for set up and pack down.
What does the coffee cart setup look like?

Can you serve other drinks other than coffee?
Yes, our standard menu covers coffee, tea, chai and hot chocolates. Ask us about our range of other drinks available on request.
